Road trip to NC

We blocked off a long weekend to drive to NC and visit my old college friends - three dear friends who all live back in the triangle area now, so we had long been desiring to go visit.  We stayed first with my dear friend Anna and husband Rob, and here's our crew together with her boys Will and Ben.

We got to visit the fantastic Durham Museum of Life and Science the first day.

On Sat we attended the princess birthday party of the daughter of my dear friend Lindsay, and catch up with her and husband Nick and their three sweet girls Eden, Anna and Salem.

The second half of our visit we stayed with my friend Jordan and husband Trevor; our kiddos here with their crew of Austin, Eliza and Maeve.

We failed almost entirely on getting photos of the adults!  But the time together was sweet and refreshing.

Outings

Fun outings in April.  A day at an indoor jump/play place,

preschool craft day at the High Museum of Art,

and a weekend at the zoo with Mark, too!  Outings with Daddy are the best.

Easter

Beautiful day and a beautiful celebration of our risen Lord!  At home that morning, before church...

And then egg hunting and sharing a meal with my extended family after church.
