One of the highlights of the month of June was our trip to Wilmington to hang out with all of Mark's family. We all loved these precious days, and Carlton especially loved being with his cousins....following the big kids around and playing like they did. Here are some shots from playtime in the backyard. and playing ball with his Uncle Brian and cousins Laila and Iris.
A main feature of any summer trip to Wilmington, of course, is the beach! Carlton LOVED the ocean and the sand and showed no signs of hesitation in diving right in. He grabbed his beach toy and took off for the water,
which he couldn't get enough of!
I think Mark had a pretty good time, too :) Our family of three (almost four!),

Such a wonderful time with the Sheerin clan!
Though it certainly can't match the beach, Carlton and I have been enjoying some backyard baby pool action on these hot days - so here are a couple of shots of our sweet boy from those adventures.
