Easter weekend was a lot of fun. We were going to be celebrating with my relatives at a big family party on Sunday afternoon, so on Saturday we took Carlton out to the front yard of my parents' house to practice. It was his first year to hunt, after all, and all of his little cousins are at minimum three years older than him.....so competition was going to be stiff :) He caught on immediately, and loved hunting down the eggs to put in his basket.
Upon further exploration, however, he found that the eggs weren't quite as exciting as they appeared....good in looks only, not taste.
