Carlton is three months old as of this week! Hard to believe in ways, as it seems like just yesterday he was a newborn home from the hospital, yet also it seems like the most natural thing to be a family of three.....this adorable little boy is just such an amazing part of our lives.
He finds that achieving three months of life can be pretty tiring at times...
Meme gave Carlton one of his first Valentine's Day cards, complete with his first coins for his piggy bank (which we have yet to acquire :) Grandma Ann and Papa, Mark's parents, also sent a card and outfit for our sweet boy. Thanks to his wonderful grandparents!
Mark was away on another work trip this week (he gets home this afternoon, hooray!), so Carlton, my mom and I had some great time together, including an outing to a cute old-fashioned luncheonette in downtown West Seattle.
Carlton enjoyed playing with his links while we ate.
My mother left this morning, so it's back to normal life as a family of three this weekend. Thanks for a great visit, Mom, and welcome home, Mark!
