Pumpkin time

Mark got back from his trip just in time to carve up our pumpkin for Halloween. Carlton enjoyed the process, though we only got a picture of him in the beginning - and then the finished product.

We took Carlton trick-or treating on the main street of our neighborhood, where all of the merchants pass out candy to the little ones in costumes. Carlton's tiger outfit was a hit.

There was no getting him to look up at the camera in this family shot, as he was double-fisting it....candy in each hand. The shiny wrappers won his attention.

Mark's good college friend Will was in town for a couple of days, so it was fun to have him along on our adventures.
We also had a costume birthday party over that weekend for two of Carlton's friends from my moms' group, so the tiger made another appearance. Here he is shooting his first hoops.
And the grand finale of the party....the pumpkin photo shoot. They had hollowed out a gigantic pumpkin, and the babies took turns posing. Carlton was a little unsure about the whole endeavor, and this was the best face we could get from him.
