Day Two

As it goes in hospitals, day two of Clara's life dawned after a mere few hours of fitful sleep for us all. She really did great, though, and was already more alert for her visitors that morning - her big brother and grandparents again, of course.


The professional photographers came by that morning, so we also have some lovely photos courtesy of them from Clara's second day of life...






That evening we had more visitors, our dear friends Emily and Jake Gross. Emily and I have been friends since we were preschoolers, so it's really special to share these life moments with her as time goes on. Their presence (and dinner they brought :) was such a blessing!
