Carlton's first teeth are in! The first one popped through a couple of weeks ago, the bottom front right, and now the left one has joined it within the past several days. He had some discomfort that woke him up for a few nights, but overall, the teething process has been going well. I finally captured a shot of the elusive little first tooth a couple of days ago.
He also loves to stand up now, whenever he can and for however long. He's recently discovered the fun of standing up in his crib (getting there with help, not pulling all the way up yet), and is so proud of himself.
While it was rainy and cold on the actual Fourth, we did have snatches of good weather this holiday weekend, and we took advantage to go on another hike through one of our favorite parks that overlooks the Puget Sound. Carlton still loves the backpack and talked happily through most of the hike!
